Nikisha Grinstead obtained a degree in Aeronautical Management March 2014 while in the Airforce. Nikisha is currently finishing up her Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Business Management at McMurry University. Nikisha is the oldest of the 3 siblings. Mrs. Grinstead has 20+ years of experience in all genres of dance and cheer. She has coached for 10+ years for 5 elementary schools, 3 middle schools, 2 high schools and 10+ years coaching at the All-Star level. She also has 10+ years of teaching tap, jazz, hip-hop, African, lyrical and liturgical dance experience. Mrs. Grinstead served as an Active Duty Airman as an Air traffic controller with 6 years of service in the United States Airforce. She selflessly used her coaching skills and talent to teach Dance to the service members in the Middle East while deployed to Qatar for 6 months, she was acknowledged for rendering her service and keeping the morale positive. USASF and CPR certified.
Keshawn Roberts has obtained a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Kinesiology with a focus in Sports Management and Leisure Studies from Grambling State University and A Master’s of Science degree in Kinesiology with a focus in Sports Administration and Nutrition from the University of Miami. She obtains 15+ years of experience in participating and coaching at the Elementary-College, recreation cheer programs, and All-Star cheer. 5+ years of Tap, jazz, hip-hop, African, lyrical and liturgical dance coaching experience. Keshawn has travel around to different states teaching stunt clinics, competition choreography, summer cheer camps, conditioning camps, game day routines and so much more. She is currently USASF certified level 1-5, Advance CPR and AED certificate, and a licensed Nutrition and Dietician advisor.
Keshone Roberts holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Grambling State University. Currently working on her degree in Mental Health and Child Delinquency. She has 15+ years of cheerleading experience. Actively participated in cheer at the Elementary, Middle, High and Collegiate level. 10+ years of All-Star competitive cheerleading and tumbling experience. 5+ years of Tap, jazz, hip-hop, African, lyrical and liturgical dance experience. KeShone is a Retired United States Army Officer, who served on Active Duty in the Fort Hood, TX area for 4 years where she currently resides. In addition, she Volunteered for the Texas Youth Football Cheerleading Association as the Cheer Director/Head Coach for 3 years. With current certifications through USASF, CPR and AED.
